We had a fantastic experience during our New Year stay. The hotel offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and nearby lake. The location was perfect for nature lovers, with plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. the owner and staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming, providing us with a tasty breakfast and great customer service.
That the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, especially in the rooms. However, considering the remote mountain location, this was to be expected.

Spectacular views and comfortable stay. Fantastic location with nice communal areas. Host Romano is friendly and welcoming, giving great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and good breakfast. Big, comfortable room with a nice bathroom.
Road has a few tight turns. Some communication issues with the wife of the host.

The hotel is situated on a hill with a stunning view of Lake Como. Our room was spacious and clean, and the homemade salami served at breakfast was absolutely delicious. The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace in our room - the extra cost is definitely worth it. And I have to mention Romano, the host, who was the best I have ever met!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, a shared kitchen, and many outdoor activities like hiking and fishing. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The room at Agriturismo Nona Rosa was incredibly cozy and charming. I loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the mountains or the lake from the balcony. The cable TV and tea/coffee maker added that extra touch of comfort. The soundproofing and air conditioning ensured a peaceful and cool night's sleep. Plus, having a private entrance made me feel like I had my own little haven. The garden view was a lovely bonus, and the studio with a kitchen was perfect for preparing my own meals.
Personally, I found the seating area in the studio a bit uncomfortable. However, I understand that others may still enjoy it.

Agriturismo Nona Rosa Villa is in a fantastic location and offers nice communal areas while still providing privacy. the owner is very friendly and helpful. the recommended S.Anna restaurant is fantastic. the shared kitchen is available for use, and there is a tip to turn the knob above the top shelf if the fridge is not on.
The property is clean and functional, and the breakfast, although optional, can be skipped. Cons: Almost perfect.

My stay at Agriturismo Nona Rosa was amazing! The location, high on a hill with a view of Lake Como, was breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the delicious homemade salami at breakfast. The host, Romano, was the best I've ever encountered, providing excellent recommendations and making me feel welcomed.
Although I have to mention that the lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit uncomfortable, especially waking up in a pool of sweat. Additionally, being located next to a busy road, the noise from passing cars and motorcycles could be disruptive to sleep.

I recently stayed at a special hotel in a high-up location with a perfect view. My room faced the back, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains. The spacious bathroom was excellent, and although the TV screen was small, it didn't matter as I didn't use it much. The welcoming and friendly host, Romano, made my stay even more enjoyable. The well-maintained road up to the accommodation was worth it for the beautiful view. The property had ample parking, and my room was immaculate and cleaned daily. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful experience. Thank you, Romano, for taking such good care of us!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
